Main Hall is 75 sq. metres with a sanded, sealed oak floor (non-slip finish, ideal for dancing, keep fit and children's classes)
Kitchen equipped with oven, stove, sink, kettle, crockery, glassware and cutlery
Two Toilets (one for disabled users)
Vestibule space for hanging coats and leaving umbrellas
Storage area for tables, chairs and smaller items of furniture and equipment
Defibrillator (by main entrance)
HALL HIRE
Avenue Hall (70 Richmond Road, SW20 0PQ) is available for regular hire and has a number of hirers who already use the hall for weekly activities.
The main hall has disabled access and toilets, and can accommodate up to 60 people. Typical use includes regular dance rehearsal groups, music groups, talks, meetings, keep fit, yoga and Pilates classes.
Please note that, while we welcome enquiries from hirers who wish to use the Hall on a regular basis, unfortunately we do not accept bookings for one-off events.
Hire Fees
£18 an hour (minimum two hour charge to include time for setting up and clearing)
